Governor Cox has declared April 15, 2026, as Utah Purple Up Day to honor the sacrifices and contributions of military children. Wearing purple is to honor our Military Families and symbolizes the unity and strength of all Military service branches. As a school, we will also wear purple on Friday, April 17 and April 24.

Clinton Elementary has been honored to be a Purple Star School since Spring of 2025. There are currently 84 Davis School District Schools with this honor! A Purple Star School is a school that receives a special designation and award for its efforts in serving and supporting its military students and families.
