Clinton Elementary PTA - 2026 ART CONTEST
Theme:
I Belong!
All submissions must be original pieces of art. ONE ENTRY PER STUDENT Submissions are due in the office by February 23rd with the form from the bottom of this flyer attached to the back or bottom of art. YOU MUST FILL OUT ARTIST STATEMENT OR ART WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. All submissions will be judged by an unbiased source from outside the school. Submissions will be judged on: neatness, use of color, creativity/originality, overall appearance and relevance to the theme. Submissions will be on display at the School Art Gala on March 4th.
CATEGORIES
2D -Drawing: Pen/Ink, Pencil/Colored Pencil, Marker, Charcoal/Pastel, Digital Art, etc. (Art must be done on unlined paper. No lined notebook paper submissions will be accepted) -Painting: Watercolor, tempera, acrylic, etc -Collage -Photography
3D -Sculpture: Papier mache, clay, recycled materials, etc.
Written Word -Poem -Short Story (2000 word limit) TYPED (Someone else may type the poem for your student, but transcribers should make every attempt to retain the same level of language and accuracy that is reflected in the student’s original work)
