💙💛 We had lots of Safe Pedestrian Superheroes at Clinton Elementary today! Our Cougars are following expectations to help keep themselves and others safe. Way to go, superheroes! ⭐🐾

🧢👒 So many fun hats today! Our Clinton Cougars wore hats and headbands as a reminder of an important safety habit—always wear a helmet when riding a bike or scooter! 🚲🛴

🚸 This week we’re highlighting Pedestrian Safety! Our students are CRAZY about safety and kicked off today with CRAZY socks! 🧦💙💛 🧢 Wednesday: Wear a hat or headband, as a reminder to wear a helmet when riding on wheels. 🦸 Thursday: Dress as your favorite pedestrian safety superhero! 🚶🛴 Friday: Walk or roll to school safely and stop by the Veterans Park pavilion for a special treat! Clinton Cougars are SAFE pedestrians! 🐾🚸

Parent-Teacher Conferences this week on Wednesday and Thursday! Don't forget it's an early out schedule!

Congratulations to Mrs. Tanner, 5th Grade DEEP Teacher! 🎉 The Utah Education Association honored Mrs. Tanner with the 2026 Excellence in Education Award! 🏆 She was nominated and recognized for going above and beyond to celebrate the success and growth of her students while encouraging and deepening their love of learning. Join Mrs. Mitani and students during Open Library every Tuesday through August 11th! We will host a FUN Camping Read-a-Thon Celebration on Tuesday, July 21st! You will not want to miss out. Students are encouraged to read 45 days this summer and will receive a book dog tag for every 5 days read. We look forward to seeing you!

Join Davis Reads 45 this summer! Students are challenged to read for 45 days, earning prizes every 5 days and a special end-of-summer event for those who complete the challenge. Pick up books during summer library hours. Families should check with their local elementary school for specific days and times. Regular summer reading helps prevent learning loss and supports continued academic growth. Contact your school or library to get started!
